Dates fill up fast — especially for weekends and peak event seasons. Here's how the booking process works from first inquiry to your big day.

Once you're happy with the quote, a 50% deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event.

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance for most events, and 2–3 months for weddings or large corporate events. Peak season (May–September and December) fills up very quickly — the earlier you reach out, the better chance you have of securing your date.

Yes — minor changes (colour adjustments, small additions) can be made up to 2 weeks before your event at no extra cost. Significant changes to size or scope may affect your quote. We'll always discuss any changes openly before proceeding.

Yes — we come to you. A travel/delivery fee applies based on the distance from our studio. This will always be included transparently in your quote before you confirm anything.
Booking

Several factors affect the final cost: the size and length of the installation, the number of colours used, the type of balloons (standard latex, metallic, confetti, foil), the complexity of the design, and any add-ons like florals or rentals. Our base prices give you a starting point — your custom quote will be specific to your event.

Cleanup is always included. Setup is included in our packages. For custom installations, an installation fee of approximately 20% of the display subtotal may apply for larger or more complex setups — this will be clearly outlined in your quote.

Our standard structure is 50% deposit at booking and 50% due 48 hours before your event. For larger events with quotes over $1,500, we may be able to arrange a flexible payment schedule. Just ask — we're always happy to work with you.
Pricing

Setup time varies by installation size. A standard garland takes 45–90 minutes. A full arch takes 1.5–2 hours. A balloon wall or complex multi-element installation can take 3–5 hours. We always coordinate with your venue to arrive at the right time.

Yes — cleanup is always included. We return after your event to remove and dispose of all balloon materials responsibly. Just let us know your event end time and we'll coordinate accordingly.

Absolutely — we love working with event teams. Just share your coordinator's contact details and we'll liaise directly with them on setup times, access requirements, and logistics.
Logistics

Indoor installations typically last 3–5 days in good condition. Outdoor installations are more vulnerable to heat, wind, and sunlight, and may last 4–8 hours. We use only professional-grade balloons and will advise on the best approach for outdoor events.

Yes — we have over 80 balloon colours available. We'll work with you during the design consultation to match your palette as closely as possible. We can also match to Pantone or hex codes for brand events.

We use 100% natural latex balloons wherever possible, which are biodegradable. We never release balloons outdoors. All balloon waste is disposed of responsibly after every event.
About the Balloons

The 50% deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel more than 14 days before your event, no further payment is required. If you cancel within 14 days of your event, the full balance may be charged as materials will have been ordered and prepared. We're always happy to discuss rescheduling where possible.

Yes — we'll always try to accommodate a date change where possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 14 days before the original event date. Your deposit will transfer to the new date.

Any balloons that pop during transportation or setup are replaced immediately at no extra cost. After handover, we are not liable for balloons that pop due to environmental factors (sharp objects, heat, children, pets). We always do a final quality check before leaving your event.
